Hopefully we're out of the woods with this economic downturn that has hurt Americans abroad. Georgia's overall jobless rate hit 10.1 percent in June - the highest ever recorded! As for Macon, Warner Robins and Middle Georgia period, the jobless rate varied a bit. So what does this mean for a Real Estate market that has had more twist and turns than the Acrophobia ride at Six Flags Georgia? It means now more than ever we need to have a solid plan in place to sell our property, for whatever the need to sell may be. So to the question we're asked day in and day out "How do I sell my house in Macon or Warner Robins Ga in a recession"? To be quite honest, the answer really shouldn't be any different from what you would do in a great economy.
